You may be a bit of a Guitar Hero, but these musicians are next level. Be enthralled by Australian country star Troy Cassar-Daley’s captivating storytelling or John Butler’s groove-laden tunes. Maybe a gig in one of Adelaide’s many pubs is more your style, or you want to hear talks from world-leading musicians – everyone can find their perfect tempo.

Spending time in nature is good for us and what better way to experience the best of SA’s natural environment than with a festival? Unplug and rewild with guided walks and eco-tours; be awed by art, music and workshops; and discover valuable ways to connect with the land and natural world through Aboriginal cultural events.


Riverland
Wake up and smell the roses – and the lilies, beautiful Australian natives and much more as the Riverland becomes a gardener’s paradise. You’ll have a bloomin’ marvellous time meandering through the open gardens, getting tips from horticulturalists and picking perfect produce at the local fairs.
Coopers Stadium
Nitro Circus is ditching the tracks and going off the rails. These death-defying extreme athletes deliver nonstop thrills and spills for one night only. Expect fire rings, explosions and pyrotechnics to accompany the gravity-defying bikes, motorcycles, scooters and car stunts.

West Beach to Adelaide Hills
A classic in every sense, this historic vehicle parade is a well-oiled tradition on Adelaide’s event calendar. Let the bikes, trucks and cars take you on a cruise through history, concluding at the National Motor Museum for a day of family fun. Look out for the RAA vans of yesteryear.

A feast for the senses, Adelaide’s LGBTQIA+ arts and cultural festival is back, celebrating the stories of the queer community. Through fashion parades and drag bingo, book launches and craft workshops, hundreds of talented artists from around the world will take you on a heartfelt journey as they champion diversity, inclusion and equality.
Adelaide CBD
What happens when you mix clowns, bagpipes, elves, choirs, enormous moving theatrical sets and the jolliest present-giver in the world? You get the Southern Hemisphere’s largest Christmas pageant. Get your waving arm ready to welcome Father Christmas and his many helpers to Adelaide.


Coonawarrara
Tie your laces in the name of mental health and join this all-ages, all-abilities and all-inclusive run. Choose from a range of distances, including a half marathon and mini fun run for the littlies. There’s also a 5km Wobbly Winery Walk, perfect for those looking to hydrate with the region’s excellent wine offerings.

Head to the coast for SA’s premier blues festival by the sea. Free live music will be drifting into local cafés, restaurants, and hotels. Soak up the vibe of renowned blues musicians like Frank Sultana and Fiona Boyes in concert.
